Accommodation for up to 2 consecutive nights during the 2026 MBMMC Conference or up to 3 consecutive nights for a return visit.

This Gift Certificate is for accommodation in a One Bedroom Air Conditioned Cabin or equivalent dollar value towards accommodation at Wollongong Surf Leisure Resort (‘the Resort’). Note: MBMMC Members can purchase tickets in their name for family or friends.

This Gift Certificate expires on the 30 June 2027. This Gift Certificate is not available for use during peak periods of school holidays, public holidays and block out dates. (www.wslr.com.au).

This Gift Certificate is not transferable. This Gift Certificate is subject to availability. Please call the Resort reception on 02 42836999 and quote your Gift Certificate No. 736915 to book your accommodation. Please note that this letter must be tendered to the Resort receptionist when checking in at the Resort. Refundable deposits for keys and security ordinarily apply at check in. Formal Photographic identification is required at check in. As a security measure to protect against fraud or the duplication of gift certificates, the honouring of all gift certificates is at the discretion of WSLR Management. This raffle will be drawn on 24 Oct 26 and emailed/posted to the winner.

As We chose to run the raffle in NSW and VIC and WA don’t offer the options of 3 tickets for 10 dollars etc. VIC or WA policies are if 1 ticket is $5 then 3 are $15 etc.

The platform we chose is the most secure Australian site with minimal fees charged to the creator not the buyer.

As the management of the raffle is by the RU26 committee the purchasers address is not important only their email and phone number. To alleviate this please have your VIC and WA members to utilise below address in the areas depicted in the screen shot below.

Also to help with identification the name box allows for your first name and AKA or members can just use their AKA for their first name.

RU 26 Southern and Northern Rides

Southern Ride

Please see below link for the southern ride and copy to you phones etc. The route takes you up Macquarie Pass with the first stop at the top at the Robertson Pie Shop and then lunch on the rtn trip at The Jamberoo Club. Departure times to be confirmed am on Saturday the 14th. The ride brief will be conducted at the WSLR pre departure.

Northern Ride

Please see below link for the northern ride and copy to you phones etc. The route takes you up the coast and over the Seacliff bridge with the first stop Bald Hill and the Flying High Café and then lunch at the Bundeena Community and Services club. Departure times to be confirmed am on Saturday the 14th. The ride brief will be conducted at the WSLR pre departure.
